This post is a day late because I wanted to properly honor National Rosé Day. It's a beautiful day in both Brittany and Boston, so wherever you are, I hope you're properly celebrating this holiday of great importance.

(That may look like white wine, but it's a lovely pale, crisp rosé from Corsica.)
